Crispy kale

Great choice for a side for dinner or as a snack!

Ingredients:
1 bag of kale
Olive oil
Salt

The method:
1. Preheat oven to 200C/ gas 6
2. Toss kale in a baking tray with Olive oil
3. Cook in over for 10-12 minutes
4. Sprinkle with sea salt!

To fizz up the recipe you can use chilli flakes for an added kick! IMG_4812.JPG
