Quick and delicious dinner
Filling and moreish!
Ingredients to serve 2:
- 2 chicken breasts, chopped into chunks
- 1 red onion
- mixed herbs
- 2 tbsp Crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp red pesto
- pasta (200g)
- baby leaves
- In a pan, add splash of olive oil and cook the onion and chicken. Toss with the mixed herbs.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta
- Once the pasta is near completion, add the Crème fraîche and pesto to the chicken.
- Drain and mix the sauce into the pasta.
- Serve with baby leaves to garnish.
