Refreshing, Summer’s day drink.
To fizz up the recipe, add sparkling water instead of cold water.
- 3 lemons
- 160g sugar
- 1L cold water
- In a food processor, add the lemons, sugar and 500ml of water. Blitz until the lemons are finely chopped.
- Using a fine sieve, press through into a jug as much juice as you can. Top up with the remaining water.
- Serve with ice.
