Homemade Lemonade

Refreshing, Summer’s day drink.

To fizz up the recipe, add sparkling water instead of cold water.

Ingredients:

  • 3 lemons
  • 160g sugar
  • 1L cold water

The method:

  1. In a food processor, add the lemons, sugar and 500ml of water. Blitz until the lemons are finely chopped.
  2. Using a fine sieve, press through into a jug as much juice as you can. Top up with the remaining water.
  3. Serve with ice.
